Title: Chelsea Artist: Michael Perez Sponsor: Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts Despite all of his past successes, Pop Artist Michael Perez has decided to take another risk and expand into Chelsea. Michael will be opening a new gallery showing exclusively his own art with occasional showings for other artists. This gallery will be located at 520 West 23rd Street in the heart of the art district of Chelsea, which is why Michael had chosen to name his cow for CowParade Harrisburg "Chelsea." Perez feels that a move to Chelsea should be celebrated and remembered through CowParade Harrisburg.				This cow was sold in the Live Auction, which took place on June 26, 2004 at the Farm Show.
