Title: Kowsher Dill Artist: Keiko Kawate Sponsor: Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts The intent of Kawate's cow design was to represent a common symbol of Dillsburg culture. Using wooden hemispheres, glue, sandpaper, lots of green and some creativity,the white statue was transformed into "Kowsher Dill," or as they nicknamed her, "Dilly."
