Byzantine Bovine is a blend of the mediums of stained glass and mosaic. Pellegrini chose a classical theme with colorful flowers, green vinework and metallic golds, coppers, and bovines inspired by historic Byzantine mosaics.
This cow was sold in the Live Auction, which took place on June 26,
2004 at the Farm Show.
