The surface of the cow is collaged with "Harrisburg Cow Bucks", a variation of the $20 bill with the profile of Moocho in place of Andrew Jackson's profile. Red horns & hooves and a colorful serape create a complementary color scheme. Students from Shippensburg High School helped to collage the cow.
